Task
Redefine the event and demo experience for Whyte Bikes through a more considered and premium physical brand system, designed to improve visibility, support product understanding and strengthen engagement across live activations.
Approach
Develop a cohesive event system that translated Whyte’s performance-led brand into a more considered physical experience across demo spaces and industry activations. Lead the creative direction and design of key event touchpoints, including branded tents, dealer and end-user manuals, partner presentations and selected merchandise, ensuring consistency in both messaging and visual execution. Extend the experience through a digital feedback journey using QR-led surveys, designed to capture rider insight and provide the wider team with more useful post-event data, while creating a clearer and more premium brand presence in the field.
Result
Deliver a more cohesive and engaging event experience that helped increase footfall, improve dealer engagement and generate more useful rider feedback across live activations. Strengthen Whyte’s visibility through a consistent physical presence across tents, print materials, presentations and merchandise, while the QR-led feedback system created a clearer route to customer insight and post-event learning. The result was a more effective live brand experience that supported both customer connection and commercial value.
